Discover what the Cleveland Clinic Health System is doing to
address employee training in customer service. Collect the
tools needed to revamp a training program and change the culture toward a more patient friendly, focused department. Participants will define the 'Road Map to Success', use report cards for assessing customer service, go 'MAD' and experience the 'Maximum potential efficiency' to take that to department staff back at home.
