This session will teach you how to set standards for employee behavior, investigate and evaluate performance against those standards, and impose appropriate consequences and rewards. These techniques will allow a manager to move the process from verbal confrontations to formulating a solution to a problem. Attendees will: define conflict, identify and describe examples and evaluate and experiment with methods of resolving conflicts.
