This session will facilitate an interactive, creative, and directed dialogue to clearly define the minimum requirements of a front line worker. The focus will be on requisite knowledge and skills that can be used as the basis of training and evaluating staff. Participants of this session will identify the requisite sills needed by environmental services workers and relate these skills to their competencies and competency assessment.
