OK, so we all have to do competencies. Sometimes they are perfunctory and sometimes they are tedious. How can we make them simple and beneficial? In this workshop participants will explore what a competency is, what a competency is intended to accomplish and how to design a competency that works. Participants will be able to define and apply competencies, and be able to create uncomplicated 'competencies" that get the job done.
