Description
In this session, experienced hospital based Patient Transportation managers will deliver the ins and outs, ups and downs of successful Patient Transportation management. With an emphasis on the role centralized, hospital based Patient Transportation plays in patient throughput, the Environment of Care, Patient Safety, Infection Control as well as Customer Delight, Tangee Kizer, Cindy Leister, Deborah Cox and other experienced, successful Patient Transport managers will pack much useful, insightful and up-to-date information into this 75 minutes. By the end of this workshop participants will list the key attributes that are the hallmarks of a great transportation team identify various service components, describe methods and performance indicators to manage staff performance in an effort to optimize patient flow at peak transport time.
