Gather insight into proven techniques that work to improve patient satisfaction, internal customer satisfaction, and employee morale. This session will include easy steps environmental services workers and managers can take. Participants will list at least 5 techniques that improve patient satisfaction; explain what employee recognition and reward strategies can lead to improved satisfaction; and describe how to improve relationships between nurses and environmental services.
