This session is designed for EVS managers who have recently installed a linen management software program. The goal of the course is to identify the most important data points available through these software programs and how to use the data to make actionable decisions to change policies, practices, and procedures. Participants will review and analyze data to affect positive change in the linen utilization; compare data to industry benchmarking information and how to present to EVS and nursing staff in order to generate action.
