This session is designed to provide hospital linen managers/EVS managers with tools to help them identify how and where linen losses are most likely to occur and how to involve linen end users in preventing and eliminating unnecessary losses. Participants will gain insight about 4 methods of identifying and quantifying linen loss; define guidelines for developing an action plan to address losses; acquire tools to monitor progress.
