Description
By using evidence-based methods to direct the interior design process, the design team can balance input from various stakeholders, develop objective methods to weigh design decisions; and offer evidence to support the design direction and the success of its utilization. Participants of this session will define an innovative process for gathering input from hospital user groups regarding aesthetic and design preferences for interior spaces; Translate subjective opinion into an objective,
analytical process based on evidence specific to the users and the hospital community; Elevate unconstrained design exploration into focused refinements of concepts that build consensus for interior mater planning over time; Manages expectations and input, while defining an aesthetic that characterizes the best fit for the institution and its mission.
