Participants of this session will define an innovative process for gathering input from hospital user groups regarding aesthetic and design preferences for interior spaces; Translate subjective opinion into an objective,
analytical process based on evidence specific to the users and the hospital community; Elevate unconstrained design exploration into focused refinements of concepts that build consensus for interior mater planning over time; Manages expectations and input, while defining an aesthetic that characterizes the best fit for the institution and its mission.
