At the 2006 ASHES conference, Christiana Care demonstrated it had significant workflow efficiencies via process redesign enabled by patient flow technology. Thus, CCHS made drastic improvement in bed requests and bed turnover. One year later, CCHS patient flow improvement program has been live for 18 months.
