Description
This presentation will describe how unsaturated polyester resins that are used in fiberglass-reinforced composites can be made using monomeric building blocks obtained from rapidly-renewable raw materials. These resins can be used to fabricate a portfolio of composite building products that can qualify for LEED credits in green buildings.
