INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS AAID LIVE WEB BROADCASTWhen: Friday, November 9, 2007 beginning at 4 p.m. Pacific Time (6 p.m. Central, 7 p.m. Eastern Time)
What: Two programs will be offered live via the Web:
Each program is 45 minutes in length and the topics and presenters are:

The Evolution of Angled Implants presented by Steve M. Parel, DDS (Presented from 4:45 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. PST)

How:
- Enter www.softconference.com/AAID on your internet browser
- Click on Enter in the lower left hand corner under the >> Annual Meeting tab
- Click on Click here to access the Webcast(s)
- If you are a returning user please log in using your email and password.
- Select the webcast you wish to view.
- If you are new user please create a new account (click on "Create Account" button).
- You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address, create a password and enter your name. Please Save and Continue. Although access is free, you must enter this information to view the live web cast.
- You will then be taken to a Personal Details Page, where you can optionally put in additional information.
- If you add additional information please click on "Update Information". If no additional information is added then please click "Go Back To My Account".
- You will now return to the My Account Page, please click on the "Annual Meeting" tab on the Top Menu Bar to access the AAID 56th Annual Meeting.
- Please "Click here to access the Webcast(s)"
- Choose the program you want to view. NOTE: Because this is a live webcast, you need to access the program during the time that the program is presented.
- Be sure to have your speakers on and make sure that volume is not set too low or on mute.
